Kalam Welfare Society (a Non-Governmental Organization) was inspired by APJ Abdul Kalam (1931–2015), also known as the father of India's military missile program, an eminent Indian scientist, visionary leader, and the 11th President of India. Born in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu, into a modest family, Kalam overcame humble beginnings to become one of India's most respected figures.

Beyond his scientific endeavors, Kalam was deeply passionate about igniting the minds of young people and encouraging them to pursue their dreams. He frequently engaged with students and youth, delivering motivational speeches and emphasizing the importance of education, innovation, and hard work. During his presidency, Kalam continued to inspire the nation with his humility, integrity, and dedication to service."

The Kalam Welfare Society, a nonprofit organization, operates as a charity and nongovernmental foundation dedicated to social welfare. Established under the Madhya Pradesh Societies Act of 1973, it has been serving communities since its inception in 2022, with headquarters based in Bhopal "The central Indian Capital of Madhya Pradesh"

This organization focuses on various initiatives in Education, Employment, Medical, and Social welfare, aiming to empower youth and marginalized groups. Comprising young engineers, doctors, forensic professionals, and businessmen, the society harnesses the potential of volunteers to support those in need, fostering self-reliance among beneficiaries.

Our small contributions can potentially bring about significant changes in people's lives. KWS was started to make small but important improvements. It aims to make sure every child gets a good education, help women become more independent, teach young people useful skills, and find jobs for those who don't have one.
